Rates
My current fee for a 50 minute session is $130.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a case by case basis. Please inquire at time of initial contact if reduced fee is needed.
Insurance
I currently do not bill insurances carriers, however, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan by submitting a claim form yourself. Please contact your carrier and check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Can I be reimbursed for services by a non-particpating provider? What is the reimbursement rate?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that your appointment can not be filled if you do not show up as scheduled.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. This fee is NOT covered by your insurance.
